What folks are saying...
"I am so very appreciative of all your help with my condition. The treatment and wisdom that you shared with me has been so very valuable. I know I will continue to benefit from your instruction for the rest of my life, and I'm super grateful for that!”

"She is fantastic. So engaging, such great material. I am deeply inspired by her ability to integrate complementary/alternative medicine into manual high-level ortho skills – I feel these realms have been mutually exclusive up to this point in our program. She is clearly an excellent therapist and a boon to our profession. Please have her back each year. Basically, I feel today’s class has introduced another fantastic professional role model to me, and opened the door to a whole different professional path I may never have realized I want to take if I had not been in this course. So excited!!!"

"She is amazing (I want to be like her one day ☺)! Great at explaining complex topics in simple words. Love the pelvic floor discussion, gave me a lot to ponder on and inspires me to expand my knowledge on the topic."

"I love working with Stefanie Foster. I think that she is a genius about the body! I am 60, and am starting to have aches, related to alignment issues. Other physical therapists have done very generic work with me. Everything that Stefanie has done is very specific to my exact issues, and I have become much stronger, with significant pain relief."

I would totally recommend this! I really liked the balance - some time spent explaining and discussing, and some time spent doing different exercises, with time in between sessions to observe and try out new solutions. I really appreciated the safe and respectful environment, the candid but also sensitive explanations and answers, and the overall positive and encouraging atmosphere. I have more insight into issues and strategies to improve my situation. More than worth the money!!

"She was really great about answering all our questions and tailoring the lecture to what we didn’t know and spending more time than planned explaining things"

"Stefanie is very engaging. She presents sensitive subject matter with gentleness and dignity that is authentic and engaging. I understand this was in introductory class. Given the personal nature and potential for trauma stored in the pelvic floor, I felt that Stefanie struck the perfect balance between depth and keeping a safe container that prevented individuals from getting triggered in class, needing attention that would need to be more focused on their specific circumstances. I am more interested in working one on one with her at this time."

"I have had anatomy classes before but I especially appreciated Stefanie's point of view as a PT as I know that there is a sound foundation behind what she teaches. Her approach included both anatomy and practical "takeaway" exercises I can use with my students to help them achieve their goals."
